At TRUEST FAITH, every product is made to order with an emphasis on quality, comfort, and intentional design. Because each garment is produced specifically for you, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final!
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences once an order has been placed.
We strongly encourage customers to review the product descriptions, sizing guides, and color options before purchasing.
Production & Quality Standards:
Our products are manufactured and fulfilled through trusted third-party production partners. While we strive to deliver high-quality garments that accurately reflect our designs, minor variations in print placement, color, and garment appearance may naturally occur during production.
These slight variations are normal and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect. However, significant printing errors, noticeably misaligned designs, damaged garments, or other production defects are not considered acceptable under our quality standards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact support@truestfaith.com within five (5) days of delivery, whenever possible, so our team can review the issue promptly.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photographs showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once your claim has been reviewed, confirmed production errors will be eligible for a replacement or an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Returns & Shipping
Please do not return any merchandise without first contacting our support team and receiving authorization.
If a physical return is required, our team will provide instructions. Items approved for return must be in their original condition unless the reported defect prevents this.
Return shipping costs for confirmed production errors will be covered by TRUEST FAITH. We do not accept unauthorized returns or freight-to-collect shipments.
